About Us

Tables N Chairs, Inc.  is an independent non stocking distributor of commercial furniture and other business related products. Since 2001, TNC has been servicing churches, schools, country clubs, restaurants, hotels, resorts, government installations, camps, and a never ending variety of general business locations across the US. We also celebrate our customers in Brazil, The Caribbean, Mexico, Japan & Africa. Our customers are being serviced with folding tables, folding chairs, stack chairs, portable stages, cafe tables, outdoor furniture, lecterns, and most importantly... service!

Since 2001, we have dedicated to the service of B2B clients only. In 2012 our new website was our first venture into servicing the general public as well. We look forward to bringing the same high quality products and service to our new market demographic.

Our service has been complimented on:

  • The quickness of the response to voice mail and email requests
    It is not unusual for a response within minutes rather than hours or days like most other companies.
  • The quickness in providing a formal quotation
    The "normal" turn around time for a formal quotation including freight costs for customer review is less than 2 hours. It is not unusual, however, to provide a quotation in less than 20 minutes!
    One aspect of my background was that of a Regional Purchasing Manager for major national private club company. I understand how uncomfortable it can be for a sales person to keep calling asking for the business. ONCE WE PROVIDE A QUOTATION WE DO NOT CALL TO "FOLLOW UP". We put forward our best pricing on the best quality products and you, the customer, will decide if we deserve the business.
  • Product knowledge
    Some of our customers have said that it was a pleasure to talk with someone that is knowledgeable about the products that they sell. We constantly update the website with information resulting from customer questions. We may not know everything but we will not hesitate to call the factory with customer questions that are outside our knowledge base.
  • Old fashion service
    Some of our customers have said that it was "refreshing" to talk with some one that is polite and actually does what they say they are going to do. We do not quote impractical turn around times, we do not misrepresent product capabilities, we do not promise things that we cannot do. We would rather walk away from a sale that mislead a customer
